HDD vs SSD comparison?
Conventional hard drives (HDD) offer low to medium write speed and large storage capacity. This type of disk is recommended for people who want a large storage space at a lower cost. SSD hard drives offer high write speed, but low storage capacity. This type of disk is recommended for information sites, e-commerce or Web applications which require high speed access to files and databases.
What is KVM?
Linux KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a free virtual machine for Linux, it works on architectures with Intel VT-x or AMD-V technologies. It is a so-called ‘full virtualization’ solution, the guest system does not need to be modified (like Windows). KVM offers several advantages: – Better isolation of the VM from the physical host. – Windows Server system virtualization. – Modification of custom kernel, fixes, specific kernel version or features that are not supported in OpenVZ.
Is it possible to have outsourcing or a one-off intervention?
We have several packages for the outsourcing of your VPS Cloud server, ranging from advice or monthly intervention packages to total outsourcing. What operations are not supported in the outsourcing plans
The following operations are not supported in outsourcing plans: – Debugging PHP, Perl, ASP, JSP, … etc scripts, and other programming problems of your website or web application. – Programming problems unrelated to the configuration of the server (s). – Custom compilation of the Linux kernel. – Upgrade of the operating system from one major version to another.
